Blue Mountain Community Management offers several convenient ways to pay your dues.

Pay Online

Paying online is quick and hassle-free. With our online payment system you can:

• Schedule same-day or future payments using your bank account, debit or credit card.
• Get notified when new charges are added to your account.
• View detailed account and payment history.

Other Payment Options

You can always pay by check or use other payment options:

• Mail your check with the payment coupon that came with your billing statement.
• Many banks have online payment systems where you can set up automatic payments. Go to your bank’s website or contact your bank for information on how to do this. When you set up the payment, make it out to your HOA c/o Blue Mountain Community Management, PO Box 2728, Portland, Oregon, 97208-2728. You must include your account number on your payment. If you don’t see an option for including an account number when you set up your payment with your bank, contact your bank to find out how to do this.
